About Maruti Creations

Maruti Creations is a CNC craft and gifting studio based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We specialise in custom CNC engraving, 2D/3D carving, designer gift articles, architectural woodwork, nameplates, signage, and bulk B2B supply. All products are crafted in-house with precision machinery.

Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or engage in any conduct that disrupts our services.
• All content on this website — images, text, designs, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Maruti Creations. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of our written/email confirmation and payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• For custom orders, production begins only after design approval and full or partial advance payment as agreed.
• Order quantities, dimensions, and material specifications must be confirmed before production. Changes after production has started may attract additional charges.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the one at the time of your order confirmation.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) for bulk orders.
• Bulk B2B orders may require 50% advance and balance before dispatch. Terms are confirmed on a per-order basis.

Custom Orders & Intellectual Property

• By submitting a custom design, image, or text for engraving, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use that content. Maruti Creations is not liable for any IP infringement arising from customer-provided designs.
• Maruti Creations retains the right to display completed custom work in its portfolio, gallery, or social media (without disclosing client details), unless you explicitly request otherwise.
• We will not reproduce client-specific designs for third parties without your consent.

Product Variations

All our products are handcrafted or precision-machined using natural wood and materials. Minor variations in grain pattern, texture, tone, or finish are inherent to the nature of the material and are not considered defects. Product images on our website are representative and actual items may vary slightly.

Limitation of Liability

Maruti Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
