Shipping Policy

Shipping Partners

We ship via reputed courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart Logistics, and India Post (for remote areas). The courier partner is selected based on delivery location, speed, and product safety requirements.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email.
• You can track your shipment on the courier’s website using the provided tracking ID.
• For custom orders, a dispatch notification is sent after quality inspection and secure packaging.

Packaging

All products — especially fragile CNC art and woodwork — are securely packed with bubble wrap, foam padding, and reinforced cardboard boxes. For large architectural pieces, custom crating is used. If you receive a visibly damaged package, please capture a video while unboxing and contact us immediately.

Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages

• Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is returned to us due to wrong address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping charges will apply.
• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
• In case of non-delivery or lost shipment, we will investigate with the courier and initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.

International Shipping

We currently accept international orders on a case-by-case basis, primarily for bulk B2B enquiries. International shipping rates, duties, and customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us directly to discuss international order requirements before placing an order.

Local Pickup (Ahmedabad)

Customers in Ahmedabad may opt for free local pickup from our workshop. Please select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout or confirm via WhatsApp after placing your order. We will notify you when your order is ready.
