Refund & Return Policy

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
• The item must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
• Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) must be provided.
• A clear unboxing video or photographs showing the damage must be shared via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery — without this, claims for damage cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

• All custom-engraved or personalised products (nameplates, gifted items, custom wall art, etc.)
• Products that have been installed, used, altered, or tampered with.
• Items purchased during clearance sales or with special discount codes (unless defective).
• Digital design files or CNC patterns purchased from us.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For UPI / bank transfers, please share your account details at time of approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

• Before Production: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
• During Production (Custom Orders): A cancellation charge of 30–50% of the order value may apply to cover materials and labour already used.
• After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Please initiate a return request as applicable.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a video/photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
